Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California Governor Gavin Newsom, used to be an actress on Pay-Per-View more than a decade ago.
In the movie ‘The Trouble with Romance,’ Siebel Newsom took on the role of Jill, a hooker who was often seen “discussing and lamenting over the finer points of love in her undies,” according to NBC Chicago 5.
IMDb describes the steamy, R-rated flick as “a provocative, sexy and insightful exploration of relationships between men and women and why we all still yearn for love despite the trouble with romance.”

Strangely enough, the movie did not air in San Francisco, the city where Siebel Newsom and her husband Gavin (who was mayor at the time) resided.
