Former Vice President Joe Biden attended an American Federation of Teachers (AFT) town hall in Houston, Texas on Tuesday where he was seen touching a young girl and whispering into her ear. In April, the 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful posted a video on Twitter where he promised to be “more mindful about respecting personal space”: I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. It is unknown at this time if he exhibited similar behavior towards any other attendees.
